Dorna Sharon Fitten, 70, passed away January 2, 2024 at the Hospice Care Center. Dorna was born March 14, 1953 to Warren Fletcher Hill and Adella Sims Hill. She retired from Erlanger Hospital where she worked in the payroll department. She was of the baptist faith and a member of New Mount Carmel.

Dorna was a very loving person. She enjoyed reading (her Bible), shopping, getting her nails painted, and traveling. What she loved most was spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Frances Hill and Warren Hill; brothers, Warren McClesky and Kenneth Hill; and nephew, Kensley Hill.

Leaving to cherish her memories are her husband, Maurice Fitten; daughter, Lakedra Hill; son, Gerald Buford; half-brother, Tim Shepherd; granddaughters, Jasmine Reese, Jade Reese, and Layla Brown; grandsons, Tasuade Williams, Gionte Buford and Gerald Anthony Buford III; godsons, Brandon Staples and Dexter (Monique) Staples; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 1 niece and 14 great nieces and nephews.

Public viewing will be held 9:00 am – 2:00 pm Sunday, January 14, 2024 at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, followed by a 2:00 pm funeral service. The interment will be held Friday, January 19, 2024 at 10:00 am at Forest Hills Cemetery.
